Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób mocowania elementów czujnikowych i zabezpieczających na płytce obwodu drukowanego (3) grzałki akwariowej, mającej obudowę (2) mieszczącą płytkę PCB (3) i element grzejny, przy czym płytka PCB (3) zawiera połączone ścieżkami elementy pasywne i aktywne, w tym czujnik temperatury oraz układ zabezpieczenia termicznego elementu grzejnego. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że czujnik temperatury i układ zabezpieczenia termicznego dociśnięte są do wewnętrznej strony obudowy (2) i korka (11) grzałki akwariowej siłą sprężystości materiału płytki PCB (3). Grzałka akwariowa zawierająca rurkową obudowę (2), uszczelnioną na obu końcach korkami, przy czym przez korek (11) wprowadzony jest do wnętrza obudowy przewód zasilający podzespoły funkcjonalne grzałki, a także zawierająca płytkę PCB (3) z elementami pasywnymi i aktywnymi dla sterowania elementem grzejnym i odczytu temperatur, przy czym elementy płytki PCB (3) i element grzejny połączone są ścieżkami, charakteryzuje się tym, że płytka PCB (3) osadzona jest wewnątrz obudowy (2) grzałki.The subject of the application is a method of attaching sensor and safety elements to a printed circuit board (3) of an aquarium heater, having a housing (2) containing a PCB (3) and a heating element, wherein the PCB (3) contains passive and active elements connected by paths, including a temperature sensor and a thermal protection system for the heating element. The method is characterized in that the temperature sensor and the thermal protection system are pressed against the inner side of the housing (2) and the plug (11) of the aquarium heater by the elastic force of the material of the PCB (3). An aquarium heater comprising a tubular housing (2) sealed at both ends with plugs, wherein a cable supplying power to the functional components of the heater is inserted into the housing through the plug (11), and also comprising a PCB (3) with passive and active elements for controlling a heating element and reading temperatures, wherein the elements of the PCB (3) and the heating element are connected by paths, characterized in that the PCB (3) is mounted inside the housing (2) of the heater.
