Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania tworzywa poszyciowo—konstrukcyjnego z odpadów tartacznych i drewna średniowymiarowego charakteryzujący się tym, że drewno średniowymiarowe, drewno typu S2B, małowymiarowe lub odpady tartaczne, o wymiarach pozwalających na płaskie skrawanie lub/i łupanie pasm „wiórów”, zrzyny tartaczne oraz odpady kawałkowe o długości nie mniejszej niż 150 mm, koruje się i usuwa korę tak, że jej udział jest nie większy niż 5%, po czym drewno skrawa się na wióry o długości do 500 mm, korzystnie do 300 mm, grubość wiórów wynosi 2 - 5 mm, wióry miesza się ujednolicając wilgotność i suszy do wilgotności od 1% do 7%, korzystnie do wilgotności 1% - 2,5%, albo do wilgotności 5% - 7%, a następnie natryskowo lub za pomocą walców klejarskich pokrywa klejem, a kobierzec po uformowaniu prasuje się w standardowych prasach, tak, że formuje się z niego wstęgę o szerokości zbliżonej do ostatecznej wysokości belki lub w postaci maty, którą po prasowaniu tnie się na elementy o ostatecznych wymiarach, a prasowanie prowadzi się pod ciśnieniem nie mniejszym niż 2,5 MPa, czasie nie mniej niż 30 s na mm grubości płyty i w temperaturze płyt grzejnych nie mniej niż 190°C.The subject of the application is a method of producing a sheathing and construction material from sawmill waste and medium-sized wood, characterized in that medium-sized wood, S2B type wood, small-sized wood or sawmill waste, with dimensions allowing for flat cutting and/or splitting of "chip" strips, sawmill edgings and piece waste with a length of not less than 150 mm, are debarked and the bark is removed so that its share is not greater than 5%, after which the wood is cut into chips up to 500 mm long, preferably up to 300 mm, the thickness of the chips is 2 - 5 mm, the chips are mixed to unify the moisture content and dried to a moisture content of 1% to 7%, preferably to a moisture content of 1% - 2.5%, or to a moisture content of 5% - 7%, and then covered with glue by spraying or using gluing rollers, and the mat after forming is pressed in standard presses, so that it is formed into a ribbon with a width close to the final height of the beam or in the form of a mat, which after pressing is cut into elements with final dimensions, and the pressing is carried out at a pressure of not less than 2.5 MPa, for a time of not less than 30 s per mm of the thickness of the plate and at a temperature of the heating plates of not less than 190°C.
