Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób brykietowania trocin z drewna z dodatkiem lepiszczy, zwłaszcza lignosulfonianu wapnia który polega na tym, że trociny z drewna poddawane są obróbce ujednorodniającą granulację poprzez rozdrabnianie i przesiewanie, po czym dodawany jest lignosulfonian, w odpowiedniej ilości w stosunku do masy trocin i następuje mieszanie obydwu składników a ujednorodniona mieszanka poddana jest pomiarom wilgotności po czym, w zależności od wyniku pomiarów, jest dosuszana lub nawilżana dla osiągnięcia odpowiedniego poziomu wilgotności i następnie prasowana pod ciśnieniem.The subject of the application is a method of briquetting wood sawdust with the addition of binders, especially calcium lignosulfonate, which consists in the fact that wood sawdust is subjected to homogenizing granulation treatment by grinding and screening, and then lignosulfonate is added in an appropriate amount in relation to the weight of sawdust, and then mixing of both components and the homogenized mixture is subjected to humidity measurements, then, depending on the measurement results, it is dried or moistened to achieve the appropriate level of humidity and then pressed under pressure.
