Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest samoopalający kosmetyk, sposób aplikowania samoopalającego kosmetyku oraz zestaw kosmetyczny do sporządzenia dawki aplikacyjnej samoopalającego kosmetyku. Zgłoszenie dotyczy samoopalającego kosmetyku w postaci zestawu: bazy i oddzielnie dołączonej substancji czynnej dihydroksyaceton (DHA), która dodawana jest w ilości 2%-16% wagowych w stosunku do całkowitego ciężaru finalnej kompozycji. Bazę stanowi obojętna, kosmetyczna lub dermatologiczna substancja. Opcjonalnie istnieje możliwość wprowadzenia do opracowanej finalnej kompozycji kosmetycznej dodatkowej substancji, względnie wykorzystania bazy zawierającej dodatkową substancję o właściwościach samoopalających lub brązowiących skórę lub nawilżających lub natłuszczających lub promieniochronną lub zapachową lub matowiącą lub wygładzającą. Zgłoszenie dotyczy także sposobu aplikowania samoopalającego kosmetyku, który polega na tym, że substancję czynną, którą stanowi występujący w zestawie oddzielnie dihydroksyaceton (DHA) dodaje się w ilości od 2% do 16% wagowych całkowitego ciężaru finalnej kompozycji do bazy w momencie sporządzania przez użytkownika dawki aplikacyjnej. Przy czym oba te składniki miesza się w zamierzonej, odpowiedniej części z bazą kosmetyczną lub dermatologiczną. Użytkownik decyduje o proporcji podczas sporządzania dawki aplikacyjnej, która przygotowywana jest przed jej zaaplikowaniem i ewentualnie uzupełnia finalną kompozycję o dodatkowe substancje.The subject of the application is a self-tanning cosmetic, a way of applying a self-tanning cosmetic and a cosmetic kit for preparing an application dose of the self-tanning cosmetic. The application concerns a self-tanning cosmetic in the form of a kit: base and separately attached active substance dihydroxyacetone (DHA), which is added in an amount of 2% -16% by weight based on the total weight of the final composition. The base is an inert, cosmetic or dermatological substance. Optionally, it is possible to add an additional substance to the developed cosmetic composition, or use a base containing an additional substance with self-tanning or browning properties for the skin, or moisturizing or oiling, or radiation, fragrance or matting or smoothening. The application also concerns the method of applying the self-tanning cosmetic, which consists in the fact that the active substance, which is contained separately in the kit dihydroxyacetone (DHA) is added in an amount of 2% to 16% by weight of the total weight of the final composition to the base at the time the user prepares the dose application. Both of these ingredients are mixed in the intended, appropriate part with the cosmetic or dermatological base. The user decides about the proportion when preparing the application dose, which is prepared before its application and optionally supplements the final composition with additional substances.
