Układ do monitorowania częstotliwości i/lub siły oddechu, charakteryzuje się tym, że blok pomiarowy (9) zawiera parametryczny czujnik (7) czynności oddechowych, to jest wdechu i wydechu, o zmiennej konduktancji i/lub pojemności, dołączony pomiędzy wejście (81) ujemnej pojemności (8) oraz masę, przy czym wyjście (90) bloku pomiarowego (9) dołączone jest do co najmniej jednego wejścia binarnego (101) bloku mikrokontrolera (10), którego wyjście (100) podłączone jest do wejścia (111) modułu radiowego (11), do którego wyjścia (110) podłączona jest antena nadawcza (120), natomiast moduł radiowy (11) Bluetooth Low Energy skonfigurowany jest do transmisji ramek rozgłoszeniowych, przy czym blok mikrokontrolera (10) i moduł radiowy (11) z anteną nadawczą (120) tworzą razem blok nadajnika radiowego (12), natomiast blok odbiornika radiowego (12a) składa się z bloku mikrokontrolera (10a) oraz modułu radiowego (11a) Bluetooth Low Energy skonfigurowanego w trybie dostosowanym do odbioru ramek rozgłoszeniowych z bloku nadajnika (12), przy czym do wejścia (111a) modułu radiowego (11a) podłączona jest antena odbiorcza (120a), a wyjście (110a) modułu radiowego (11a) dołączone jest do wejścia (101a) bloku mikrokontrolera (10a), zawierającego wyjście (100a) do podłączania układów zewnętrznych, przy czym układ zawiera co najmniej, jeden blok nadajnika radiowego (12) Bluetooth Low Energy oraz co najmniej jeden blok odbiornika radiowego (12a) Bluetooth Low Energy.
