Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób mikrobiologicznego usuwania impregnatu z utylizowanych elementów drewnianych, który polega na pełno komórkowej próżniowo ciśnieniowej kąpieli elementów utylizowanego drewna w roztworze zawierającym mieszankę grzybów mikroskopowych Cunninghamella elegans o stężeniu 106 na 1 m3 kąpieli ługującej, oraz mieszankę bakterii Pseudomonas stutzeri, Pseudomonas cepaccia, Pseudomonas putida w łącznej ilości 105 na 1m3 kąpieli. Roztwór ługujący zakwaszono kwasem ortofosforowym do pH = 4,5 do 6,5. Zawartość autoklawu podgrzano do temperatury +30 - +45°C przetrzymano w próżni przez okres 1 godz po czym zalano kąpielą ługującą i za pomocą sprężonego powietrza podniesiono ciśnienie w autoklawie do 0,8 Mpa. Następnie utylizowane drewno pozostawia się w zbiorniku suchym na okres sezonowania 6 - 10 dni.The subject of the application is a method of microbiological removal of impregnation from recycled wooden elements, which consists of a full-cell vacuum pressure bath of elements of utilized wood in a solution containing a mixture of microscopic fungi Cunninghamella elegans at a concentration of 106 per 1 m3 of leaching bath, and a mixture of bacteria Pseudomonas stutzeri, Pseudomonas cepaccia, putida in a total of 105 for 1m3 bath. The leaching solution was acidified with orthophosphoric acid to pH = 4.5 to 6.5. The contents of the autoclave were heated to +30 - + 45 ° C, held under vacuum for 1 hour, then flooded with a leaching bath and the pressure in the autoclave was increased to 0.8 Mpa. Then the treated wood is left in a dry tank for a seasoning period of 6 - 10 days.
