Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mieszanka do wytwarzania autoklawizowanego betonu komórkowego. Mieszanka ta zawiera surowce będące nośnikiem SiO2 oraz surowce będące nośnikiem CaO - wapna palonego, spoiwa mineralne, środki porotwórcze i powierzchniowo czynne oraz wodę i charakteryzuje się tym, że jako surowiec będący nośnikiem wapna palonego stosuje się wapno palone i/lub odpady stałe z oczyszczania gazów odlotowych mlekiem wapiennym w ilości 1 - 40% wagowych całkowitej ilości wapna palonego niezbędnego do procesu, przy czym odpady będące nośnikiem wapnia wprowadza się w formie nieprzetworzonej, lub jako składnik przetworzony na drodze kalcynacji.The subject of the application is a mixture for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete.
