Sposób walcowania prętów ze średników złomowanych szyn kolejowych polega na tym, że półfabrykat w kształcie odcinka średnika odciętego od złomowanej szyny kolejowej nagrzewa się powyżej temperatury rekrystalizacji, następnie wprowadza się półfabrykat pomiędzy dwa walce, po czym wprawia się dwa walce w przeciwbieżny ruch obrotowy z jednakową prędkością i zgniata się półfabrykat w kształcie odcinka środnika złomowanej szyny kolejowej w wykroju sześciokątnym, utworzonym przez bruzdy, znajdujące się na powierzchniach walców, jednocześnie wprawia się półfabrykat w ruch postępowy ze stałą prędkością i przemieszcza się półfabrykat w kierunku zgodnym z prędkością obwodową walców i kształtuje się z półfabrykatu w kształcie odcinka środnika odciętego od złomowanej szyny kolejowej półwyrób (6) w kształcie pręta o przekroju zbliżonym do sześciokątnego, następnie po przewalcowaniu półfabrykatu między walcami przemieszcza się półwyrób (6) do tulei prowadzącej (10) i wprowadza się półwyrób (6) pomiędzy trzy walce stożkowe (7a), (7b) oraz (7c), które rozmieszczone są symetrycznie dookoła osi walcowania co 120° i pochylone pod jednakowymi kątami względem osi walcowania, następnie wprawia się trzy walce stożkowe (7a), (7b) oraz (7c) w ruch obrotowy w tym samym kierunku i z jednakową prędkością (n2), po czym oddziałuje się na półwyrób (6) stożkowymi powierzchniami (8a), (8b) oraz (8c) walców stożkowych (7a), (7b) oraz (7c) i wprawia się półwyrób (6) w ruch obrotowy ze stałą prędkością (n3).The method of rolling bars from the semicolons of scrap rail rails consists in the fact that the semi-finished product in the shape of a semicolon section cut off from the scrap rail gets heated above the recrystallization temperature, then the blank is introduced between two rollers, after which two rollers are put in opposite rotation at the same speed and the blank is shaped in the shape of a web section of the scrapped rail in a hexagonal pattern formed by grooves located on the surface of the rollers, at the same time the blank is put into progressive movement at a constant speed and the blank moves in the direction consistent with the circumferential speed of the rollers and is shaped of the blank in the shape of a web section cut off from the scraped rail, the blank (6) in the shape of a bar with a hexagonal section, then after rolling the blank between the rollers moves blank (6) into the guide sleeve (10) and blank (6) is inserted between three conical rollers (7a), (7b) and (7c), which are arranged symmetrically around the rolling axis every 120 ° and inclined at equal angles to the axis rolling, then three conical rollers (7a), (7b) and (7c) are set into rotational motion in the same direction and with the same speed (n2), after which the blank (6) is conical (8a), (8b) ) and (8c) tapered rollers (7a), (7b) and (7c) and the blank (6) is set in rotational motion at a constant speed (n3).
