Abstract
Elevated masonry mesh is characterized by the fact that it is a construction tool made of two metal frames (1) with dimensions of 100 x 125. The frames (1) are welded from a metal profile with a circular, square or rectangular cross-section. By means of hinges (2), two frames are connected to each other on the shorter sides, thus by opening they form the skeleton of the roof. The longer sides of the frames are welded to the shorter ones, in such a way that their bottoms are open, thanks to which legs (3) with the same profile cross-section, but smaller dimensions can be placed inside. The frame with legs forms the body and further elements are welded to this body. At the bottom of the frame, in all four longer profiles, 5 cm from the bottom of these profiles, holes are drilled and not welded nuts fi.10, and after screwing into these nuts, the screws will be pressed apart for work or legs folded for transport (3). Rectangular feet with holes are welded on the bottom of the legs (3). Holes play an important role in the feet because on unstable soils or in strong winds you can bend pieces of reinforcing wire and ignite the mesh into the soil. A net is attached to one of the two frames (1). The mesh size should be chosen according to its purpose. Full sheet metal is mounted to the second frame (1), which limits the range of falling sifted sand. At the bottom of the sheet there are hinges to which a second sheet is attached with a rectangular hole in the upper part of the sheet. The metal sheet is opened and closed on hinges as required. When opening, block it with butterflies by tightening it to the legs (3) and the cement mixer operator takes in the sifted sand through the opening. A wheelbarrow or other container for separated stones can be placed under the net. There is also a gutter, after which the sifted sand goes directly to the concrete mixer. Two frames (1) after unfolding for work are grafted with grafts placed on two sides. The grafts limit the range of leg spacing (3) and protect against their uncontrolled movement in relation to each other.
