Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania połączenia klejowego, pomiędzy dwoma płytkami z których co najmniej jedna stanowi płytkę szklaną. Sposób ten na naniesieniu na jedną płytkę strukturalnego, fotoutwardzalnego kleju, zawierający uretanoakrylan i fotoinicjator rodnikowy, i przyklejeniu drugiej płytki, następnie usieciowaniu kleju pod wpływem promieniowania UV, charakteryzuje się tym, że nanosi się klej składający się z 35 - 60% wagowych uretanodimetakrylanu 7,7,9-trimetylo-4,13-diokso-3,14-dioksa-5,12-diazaheksa-decano-1,16-diyl-bis(2-metyloakrylanu), 20 - 40% wagowych żywicy epoksydowej, 10 - 20% wagowych hydroksy (met)akrylanu, 5 - 10% wagowych etoksylowanego wielofunkcyjnego (met)akrylanu oraz 0,5 - 5% wagowych rodnikowego fotoinicjatora absorbującego promieniowanie UV w obszarze 200 do 350 nm, przy czym wszystkie komponenty kleju stanowią 100% wagowych, a klej naświetla się lampą UV-A emitującą dawkę promieniowania od 350 dp 1300 mJ/cm2 w czasie od 60 do 150 s. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też strukturalny, fotoutwardzalny UV klej do szkła, zawierający uretanoakrylan i fotoinicjator rodnikowy, który charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z 35 - 60% wagowych uretanodimetakrylanu 7,7,9-trimetylo-4,13-diokso-3,14-dioksa-5,12-diazaheksadecano-1,16-diyl-bis(2-metyloakrylanu), 20 - 40% wagowych żywicy epoksydowej, 10 - 20% wagowych hydroksy (met)akrylanu, 5 - 10% wagowych etoksylowanego wielofunkcyjnego (met)akrylanu oraz 0,5 - 5% wagowych rodnikowego fotoinicjatora absorbującego promieniowanie UV w obszarze 200 do 350 nm. Wszystkie komponenty kleju stanowią 100% wagowych.The subject of the application is a method for producing an adhesive joint between two tiles, at least one of which is a glass plate. This method of applying a structural, photo-hardening glue on one plate, containing urethaneacrylate and radical photoinitiator, and gluing the second plate, then crosslinking the glue under the influence of UV radiation, is characterized by applying an adhesive consisting of 35 - 60% by weight of urethane dimethacrylate 7, 7,9-trimethyl-4,13-dioxo-3,14-dioxa-5,12-diazahexa-decane-1,16-diyl-bis (2-methylacrylate), 20-40% by weight epoxy resin, 10-20 % by weight of hydroxy (meth) acrylate, 5 - 10% by weight of ethoxylated multifunctional (meth) acrylate and 0.5 - 5% by weight of the UV absorbing radical photoinitiator in the area of 200 to 350 nm, with all adhesive components being 100% by weight, and the adhesive is irradiated with a UV-A lamp emitting a dose of radiation from 350 dp 1300 mJ / cm2 for 60 to 150 s. The subject of the application is also a structural, UV-cured glass adhesive for urethaneacrylate and a rhodium photoinitiator which is characterized in that it consists of 35-60% by weight 7,7,9-trimethyl-4,13-dioxo-3,14-dioxa-5,12-diazahexadecane-1,16-diyl-bis urethane dimethacrylate (2-methylacrylate), 20-40% by weight epoxy resin, 10-20% by weight hydroxy (meth) acrylate, 5-10% by weight ethoxylated multifunctional (meth) acrylate and 0.5-5% by weight of UV-absorbing radical photoinitiator in 200 to 350 nm area. All adhesive components constitute 100% by weight.
