Abstract
Urządzenie i sposób sortowania materiałów ziarnowych materiałów w klasach ziarnowych 0,1 - 200 mm, korzystnie 10 -30 mm, gdzie materiał sortowany wprowadza się znanymi metodami do kosza zasypowego, umieszczonego nad taśmą przenośnika, wyposażonego w zgarniak, zakończonego rynną zsypową (13) charakteryzuje się tym, że materiał sortowany podawany jest na obracający się walec obrotowy (3), posiadający dyszę kierunkową (4), wewnątrz walca obrotowego (3), a następnie poddawany sortowaniu na frakcję niezassaną (F2) i zassaną (F1), przy czym frakcja zassana (F1) powstała poprzez wytworzenie różnicy potencjałów aerodynamicznych jest zasysana za pomocą wentylatora (7) przez dyszę zasysającą (5) przez kanał podciśnienia (15) do separatora cząstek (6), gdzie zostaje przez otwór separatora (16) i zasuwę obrotową (17) wprowadzona do zbiornika frakcji zassanej (9), a strumień powietrza wraz z nieodseparowanym materiałem kierowany jest kanałem odprowadzającym (l8) do odpylacza (8), z którego oczyszczone powietrze kanałem nadciśnieniowym (19) kierowane jest do dyszy kierunkowej (4), w której wnętrzu powoduje ruch powietrza o kierunku prostopadłym do powierzchni roboczej walca obrotowego (3) i skierowanym w kierunku do zewnątrz tworzącej walca obrotowego (3), zaś frakcja niezassana (F1) przez dyszę zasysającą (5) zrzucana jest przez walec obrotowy (3) do zbiornika (10) frakcji niezassanej(F2).The device and the method of sorting grain materials in grain classes 0.1 - 200 mm, preferably 10 -30 mm, where the sorted material is introduced by known methods into a hopper, located above the conveyor belt, equipped with a scraper, ending with a chute (13) the sorted material is fed to a rotating rotary roller (3) having a directional nozzle (4) inside the rotary roller (3), and then sorted into the non-sucked (F2) and sucked (F1) fraction, the sucked (F1) created by creating a difference in aerodynamic potentials is sucked by means of a fan (7) through the suction nozzle (5) through the vacuum channel (15) to the particle separator (6), where it stays through the separator hole (16) and the rotary slide (17) ) introduced into the suction fraction tank (9), and the air stream along with the non-separated material is directed through the discharge channel (8) to the dust collector (8), from which the purified air through a pressure channel (19) is directed to the directional nozzle (4), in which the interior causes air movement in a direction perpendicular to the working surface of the rotary roller (3) and directed towards the outside forming the rotary cylinder (3), and the non-aspirated fraction (F1) through the suction nozzle (5) is thrown through the rotary roller (3) into the tank (10) of the non-aspirated fraction (F2).
