Abstract

Biopreparat ten przygotowuje się z mikrokapsułek alginianowych zawierających spory grzyba w ilości od 106 do 108/ml poprzez zmieszanie z 3% chlorkiem wapnia w stosunku 2: 1.The subject of the application is a method of obtaining a biological preparation of fungal origin accelerating the degradation of polymer materials characterized by the fact that a suspension of the Trichoderma viride 3333 mushroom spore is prepared from a pure, preferably fourteen-day-old mushroom culture maintained in the temperature range from 20 ° C to 25 ° C, after which the mycelium is transferred onto a filter with a pore size of 22-25 µm and rinsed with sterile water until a suspension having a spore density in the range of 106 to 108 / ml is obtained, then the spore suspension is mixed with a sodium alginate solution preferably 0.7% and added dropwise to the CaCl2 solution in the range of 2 - 3.5%. The subject of the application is also a biological preparation of fungal origin. This biopreparation is prepared from alginate microcapsules containing spores of the fungus in an amount of 106 to 108 / ml by mixing with 3% calcium chloride in a ratio of 2: 1.
