Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób identyfikowania bakteryjnego zakażenia układu moczowego u dzieci poniżej 2 roku życia polegający na zastosowaniu odczynnika zawierającego błękit nitrotetrazolowy, który charakteryzuje się tym, że odczynnik zawierający błękit nitrotetrazolowy, bufor Hepes i Triton X-100 nanosi się bezpośrednio na mocz znajdujący się w pielusze, przy czym wynik pozytywny w postaci stwierdzenia zakażenia układu moczowego dziecka następuje po zmianie barwy z żółtej na niebiesko-fioletowy. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też odczynnik do zastosowania według powyższego sposobu.
