Abstract
Belkę stalową SCCB, wykonujemy tak, że jej pas dolny (1) z blachy zostaje poddany otworowaniu (2). Pas górny belki (3) wycina się z blachy, poddaje otworowaniu (2), a następnie wykonuje na jej brzegach podłużnych zęby, po czym zgina się oba uzębione brzegi pasa do góry tak, by wykonane zęby pełniły rolę łączników pomiędzy belką stalową, a później wykonywaną płytą betonową stropu. Oba pasy (1) i (3) łączy się wykonanym z blachy środnikiem (4). Celem dozbrojenia belki SCCB, umieszcza się na belce wieszaki pionowe, które opiera się krótszym końcem na zębach pasa górnego belki, a dłuższy koniec wprowadza się w otwory pasów (2) by zajęły one stabilne położenie, do których mocuje się prętów zbrojenia podłużnego belki. In order to reinforce the SCCB beam, vertical hangers are placed on the beam, which rests with the short end on the teeth of the upper beam belt, and the long end is inserted into the holes of the belts (2) to take a stable position to which the longitudinal reinforcement bars of the beam are attached. SCCB beams can be made so that they are pre-bent upwards (against arrow). Alternatively or simultaneously, it is possible to use stop elements with holes and through them compression rods, which after stressing reduce stress and deflection of the SCCB beam. The following can be laid on SCCB beams: a) prefabricated reinforced concrete ceilings or b) lost formwork in the form of reinforced concrete "boards" or trapezoidal sheets on which a monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling will be poured. To reinforce the slab and monolith the ceiling with SCCB beams, additional reinforcement can be arranged in the tooth cavities. In the case of installation of extreme (perimeter) SCCB beams of the ceiling, they can be made with their partial concreting on one outer side of the beam.
