Abstract

Belkę stalową SCCB, wykonujemy tak, że jej pas dolny (1) z blachy zostaje poddany otworowaniu (2). SCCB beams can be made so that they are pre-bent upwards (against arrow). Alternatively or simultaneously, it is possible to use stop elements with holes and through them compression rods, which after stressing reduce stress and deflection of the SCCB beam. The following can be laid on SCCB beams: a) prefabricated reinforced concrete ceilings or b) lost formwork in the form of reinforced concrete "boards" or trapezoidal sheets on which a monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling will be poured. To reinforce the slab and monolith the ceiling with SCCB beams, additional reinforcement can be arranged in the tooth cavities. In the case of installation of extreme (perimeter) SCCB beams of the ceiling, they can be made with their partial concreting on one outer side of the beam.
