Abstract
Uszczelnienie odśrodkowe z wykorzystaniem cieczy magnetycznej, które zawierają kołnierz, pierścień, nabiegunniki z występami uszczelniającymi, ciecz magnetyczną i magnesy trwałe spolaryzowane w kierunku promieniowym. We wnękach obudowy (6 i 9) po obu stronach kołnierza (1a) znajdują się nabiegunniki z występami uszczelniającymi (2 i 5) oraz magnesy trwałe (3) spolaryzowane w kierunku promieniowym, zaś na powierzchni walcowej kołnierza (1a) umieszczony jest kolejny magnes trwały (4) spolaryzowany w kierunku promieniowym, ale o odwróconym układzie biegunów N-S niż w magnesach trwałych (3). Na powierzchni walcowej magnesu trwałego (4) umieszczona jest tuleja (8), a ciecz magnetyczna (7) znajduje się w szczelinach utworzonych pomiędzy występami, a powierzchniami bocznymi kołnierza (1a) i tulei (8). Układ elementów takich jak magnesy trwałe (3, 4), nabiegunniki z występami (2, 5), pierścień (8), kołnierz (1a) i ciecz magnetyczna (7), tworzy obwody magnetyczne (10 i 11), przy czym obudowy (6 i 9) uszczelnienia wykonane są z materiału o właściwościach niemagnetycznych.A centrifugal seal using a magnetic fluid that includes a collar, ring, pole shoes with sealing lugs, magnetic fluid and radial polarized permanent magnets. The arrangement of elements such as permanent magnets (3, 4), pole shoes with protrusions (2, 5), ring (8), flange (1a) and magnetic fluid (7), creates magnetic circuits (10 and 11), with the housings ( 6 and 9) the seals are made of a material with non-magnetic properties.
