Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest napój aromatyzowany o smaku marakuja zawierający bazę napojową i środki aromatyzujące charakteryzujący się tym, że uzyskiwany jest w wyniku połączenia napoju aromatyzowanego bazowego o smaku mango z napojem aromatyzowanym bazowym o smaku pomarańczowym w proporcjach 1:1, przy czym środki aromatyzujące stanowią od 0,01% do 3% wagowych w odniesieniu do bazy napojowej każdego z napojów bazowych, zaś bazę napojową stanowi 30% - 99,99% wody.
