Abstract

Sposób ochrony ściany sitowej komory spalania opalanego wymiennika ciepła charakteryzuje się tym, że przed uruchomieniem opalanego wymiennika ciepła (1) wprowadza się do jednostki sterującej (9) opalanego wymiennika ciepła (1) założoną wartość temperatury granicznej Tg ściany sitowej (5) komory spalania (3), a podczas eksploatacji opalanego wymiennika ciepła (1) mierzy się temperaturę aktualną Ta ściany sitowej (5) komory spalania (3) od strony komory wodnej (4) za pomocą dodatkowego czujnika temperatury (T4), z którego sygnał doprowadza się do jednostki sterującej (9), przetwarza i porównuje się wartość temperatury aktualnej Ta z wartością temperatury granicznej Tg, a po zrównaniu się tych temperatur generuje się za pomocą jednostki sterującej (9) sygnał alarmowy wyłączenia opalanego wymiennika ciepła (1). Po jego wyłączeniu w znany sposób usuwa się warstwę kamienia kotłowego ze ściany sitowej (5) komory spalania (3). Opalany wymiennik ciepła zaopatrzony jest w dodatkowy czujnik temperatury (T4) umieszczony w gnieździe na ścianie sitowej (5) komory spalania (3) od strony komory wodnej (4) i połączony przewodowo lub bezprzewodowo z jednostką sterującą (9).The method of protecting the sieve wall of the combustion chamber of a fired heat exchanger is characterized by the fact that before starting the fired heat exchanger (1), the control unit (9) of the fired heat exchanger (1) introduces the assumed limit temperature Tg of the sieve wall (5) of the combustion chamber (3) ), and during the operation of the fired heat exchanger (1) the current temperature Ta of the tube wall (5) of the combustion chamber (3) from the water chamber side (4) is measured by means of an additional temperature sensor (T4), from which the signal is fed to the control unit (9), the actual temperature Ta is processed and compared with the value of the limit temperature Tg, and after the equalization of these temperatures, an alarm signal is generated using the control unit (9) to switch off the fired heat exchanger (1). After it is turned off, a layer of boiler scale is removed from the sieve wall (5) of the combustion chamber (3) in a known manner. The fired heat exchanger is equipped with an additional temperature sensor (T4) located in the socket on the sieve wall (5) of the combustion chamber (3) from the water chamber side (4) and connected by wire or wirelessly to the control unit (9).
