Sposób otrzymywania nowego olejku zapachowego z nasion marchwi zwyczajnej polega na tym, że zmielone nasiona marchwi homogenizuje się w wodzie o pH~6,6, po czym tak przygotowane nasiona poddaje się działaniu ozonu w temperaturze 10 - 40°C, następnie pH homogenizatu doprowadza się do wartości > 7 i w końcu poddaje homogenizat procesowi hydrodestylacji lub destylacji z parą wodną. Otrzymany olejek może znaleźć zastosowanie jako komponent perfumeryjnych kompozycji zapachowych.The method of obtaining new essential oil from carrot seeds is that ground carrot seeds are homogenized in water at pH ~ 6.6, after which the seeds prepared in this way are exposed to ozone at a temperature of 10 - 40 ° C, then the pH of the homogenate is adjusted to a value of> 7 and finally subjects the homogenate to a hydrodistillation or steam distillation process. The oil obtained can be used as a component of perfume compositions.
