Przedmiotem zgłoszenia patentowego, jest sposób i układ do generowania identyfikacji i certyfikacji e - licencji, złożony z oprogramowania, aplikacji oraz urządzeń mobilnych typu smartfon, który przeznaczony jest do wystawiania i zarządzania wszelkiego rodzaju zezwoleniami, e - licencjami lub innego rodzaju dokumentami przeznaczonymi do identyfikacji i certyfikacji określonych dokumentów i zezwoleń, na dowolnym zdefiniowanym obszarze, zawierający rozwiązania komunikacyjne, przeznaczonych do wzajemnej wymiany informacji pomiędzy poszczególnymi elementami systemu w procesie generowania identyfikacji i certyfikacji e - licencji, znamienny tym, że stosuje technologię bezprzewodową komunikacji Bluetooth, do szyfrowanej wymiany informacji z organami kontrolnymi, oraz moduł GPS do lokalizacji obszarów licencjonowanych, według daty i godziny, oraz algorytmy szyfrowania do bezpiecznego przesyłu danych, login i hasło, celem uniknięcia nieautoryzowanego użycia, oraz interfejsu wymiany informacji, aplikacji, pomiędzy czytnikiem, komputerem, a organami kontrolnymi - bazą danych.
