Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kask bezpieczeństwa przeznaczony dla osób zatrzymanych, wobec których zachodzi uzasadnione podejrzenie, że mogą zachowywać się agresywnie w stosunku do otoczenia, jak również wyrządzić krzywdę sobie. Kask posiada wyposażony w zewnętrzne poduszki (2, 3, 4) obwodowy pas (1) spinany w tylnej części i połączony z trzema poduszkami (6, 7, 8) tworzącymi górną część oraz łódkową dolną poduszką (9) z kształtującym, elastycznym paskiem (12). Poduszki zawierają wkłady w postaci układu co najmniej dwóch warstw spienionych materiałów o łącznej grubości od 20 do 35 mm. Poduszki, w zależności od położenia, zapewniają przy energii zewnętrznego uderzenia na poziomie 15 J, wartość przenoszonej pod kask siły w zakresie od 1,3 do 3,5 kN. Dodatkowe wyposażenie kasku stanowią dwie włókninowe wkładki jednorazowego użytku, z których jedna stanowi wyściółkę górnej części a druga osłonę dolnej poduszki (9).The subject of the invention is a safety helmet designed for detained persons who have a reasonable suspicion that they may behave aggressively towards the environment, as well as cause harm to themselves. The helmet has a circumferential belt (2, 3, 4) equipped with an outer belt (1) fastened at the back and connected with three cushions (6, 7, 8) forming the upper part and a boat bottom cushion (9) with a shaping, elastic strap ( 12). The cushions contain inserts in the form of a system of at least two layers of foamed materials with a total thickness of 20 to 35 mm. The cushions, depending on the location, provide an external impact energy of 15 J, the force transmitted under the helmet in the range of 1.3 to 3.5 kN. Additional equipment for the helmet consists of two non-woven disposable inserts, one of which is the lining of the upper part and the other the cover of the lower cushion (9).
