Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest przenośna wypalarka otworów w powłokach zakrzywionych i płaskich, przy użyciu palnika tlenowego, plazmowego lub innego, zwłaszcza otworów pod króćce w metalowych powłokach płaszczy aparatów typu zbiornikowego. Istota wynalazku tkwi w tym, iż wypalarka składa się z dwóch pierścieni współpracujących (2) i (3), z których pierścień (2) jest nieruchomy, zawiera łapy (7) i mocowany jest na wypalanej powłoce (1), drugi zaś pierścień obracający się (3) obraca się po nim. Kontakt obu pierścieni odbywa się przez łożyska toczne. Obracający się pierścień (3) napędzany silnikiem elektrycznym (4) zawiera belkę (5). Na belce (5) mocowane są przesuwnie w pionie dwa palniki (14) i (16) za pośrednictwem listwy pionowej (18). Prowadnica (22) listwy (18) porusza się z kolei w poziomie po belce (5) za pośrednictwem suwadła (8). Położenie palników względem środka pierścienia określa promień wypalanego otworu. Nachylenie palników odzwierciedla kąt ukosowania. Odległość pomiędzy palnikami a zakrzywioną powierzchnią ciętego materiału (1) reguluje się stale podczas cięcia przez listwę przesuwną (18) napędzaną silnikiem krokowym (23), sterowanym na podstawie sygnałów z czujnika odległości (15), zamontowanego przy listwie (18).The subject of the invention is a portable burner of openings in curved and flat coatings, using an oxygen, plasma or other torch, in particular holes for connectors in metal coatings of shells of tank type apparatus. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the burner consists of two mating rings (2) and (3), of which the ring (2) is stationary, contains paws (7) and is mounted on the fired coating (1), while the other rotating ring himself (3) turns after him. The contact of both rings is via rolling bearings. The rotating ring (3) driven by an electric motor (4) includes a beam (5). Two burners (14) and (16) are mounted vertically on the beam (5) via the vertical strip (18). The guide (22) of the rail (18) moves horizontally along the beam (5) via the slide (8). The position of the burners relative to the center of the ring determines the radius of the fired hole. The slope of the burners reflects the angle of the bevel. The distance between the burners and the curved surface of the material being cut (1) is constantly adjusted during cutting by a sliding bar (18) driven by a stepper motor (23), controlled on the basis of signals from a distance sensor (15) mounted on the bar (18).
