Abstract

Urzadzenie do transferowania strumienia elementów pretopodobnych w maszynach przemyslu tytoniowego, w którym elementy transportowane sa w grupach kolejno jeden za drugim, zawierajace co najmniej dwa kola transportujace zestawione tak, ze elementy transferowane sa z jednego kola na drugie, przy czym powierzchnie obwodowe dostosowane sa do transportu elementów rozmieszczonych jeden za drugim na tych powierzchniach, a grupy elementów sa rozmieszczone w odstepach, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zawiera obrotowy beben transportujacy (19), który ma os obrotu (X), skierowana skosnie do osi obrotu (Y) sasiadujacego, z nim kola (10) i na powierzchni bocznej (20), którego znajduja sie wystepy rozdzielajace (22) tworzace miedzy soba kanaly (23) o zasadniczo niezmiennej szerokosci (D) do przyjmowania kolejnych grup elementów, przy czym beben zaopatrzony jest w srodki prowadzace (21), wymuszajace przemieszczanie sie elementów (S) w kanalach (23), podczas obrotów bebna, natomiast kolo (10) i beben (19) zestawione sa ze soba tak, ze podczas obrotów kola (10) oraz bebna (19) wzgledem swoich osi obrotu (X, Y) w przeciwnych kierunkach, beben (19) odbiera kolejne grupy elementów (S) z obwodu kola (10) na swoja powierzchnie boczna (20) do kolejnych kanalów (23). Wynalazek dotyczy równiez maszyny do wytwarzania sztabek wieloelementowych, zawierajacej urzadzenie do transferowania elementów.
