Abstract

Sposób wytwarzania uszlachetnionego biokomponentu do biopaliw w procesie katalitycznej depolimeryzacji, którym rozdrobnione odpady komunalne i/lub organiczne stanowiace surowiec wsadowy poddaje sie suszeniu, a nastepnie przetwarza sie w bloku separacji i wyparki polaczonym z turbina mieszajaca (110), w której nastepuje depolimeryzacja katalityczna, a zdepolimeryzowany surowiec destyluje sie w destylatorze (109) w celu otrzymania biokomponentu, przy czym czesc otrzymanego biokomponentu zuzywa sie do zasilania generatora spalinowo-elektrycznego. Depolimeryzacje katalityczna prowadzi sie w obecnosci glinokrzemianu sodu pelniacego role katalizatora, przy czym za pomoca bloku kontroli procesu technologicznego monitoruje sie automatycznie wskazania czujników powiazanych z poszczególnymi blokami procesu katalitycznej depolimeryzacji i w przypadku stwierdzenia odchylen wynikajacych z niedostatecznej ilosci katalizatora aktywuje sie automatyczny dozownik katalizatora, za którego pomoca dozuje sie do turbiny mieszajacej dawke katalizatora w ilosci od 5 kg do 35 kg na 1000 l biokomponentu w obiegu procesu, po czym powraca sie do monitorowania pracy poszczególnych bloków, natomiast do tak uzyskanego biokomponentu dodaje sie koloidalny roztwór nanoczastek dwutlenku ceru (CeO2) o wielkosci czastek od 6 nm do 8 nm w lekkich destylatach ropy naftowej w ilosci zapewniajacej stezenie koncowe nanoczastek dwutlenku ceru CeO2 w biokomponencie na poziomie od 5 ppm do 20 ppm. Przedmiotem zgloszenia jest równiez uszlachetniony biokomponent do biopaliw.A method of producing a refined biocomponent for biofuels in the process of catalytic depolymerization, which comminuted municipal and / or organic waste constituting the feedstock is dried, and then processed in a separation block and evaporator connected to a mixing turbine (110), in which catalytic depolymerization occurs. the depolymerised raw material is distilled in a distiller (109) in order to obtain a biocomponent, while part of the obtained biocomponent is used to power the diesel-electric generator. Catalytic depolymerization is carried out in the presence of sodium aluminosilicate acting as a catalyst, with the help of a technological process control block automatically monitoring the sensor indications associated with individual blocks of the catalytic depolymerization process and in the case of deviations resulting from insufficient amount of catalyst, an automatic catalyst feeder is activated. the catalyst dose is dosed into the mixing turbine in the amount of 5 kg to 35 kg per 1000 l of biocomponent in the process cycle, after which it returns to monitoring the operation of individual blocks, while to the biocomponent obtained in this way a colloidal solution of cerium dioxide nanoparticles (CeO2) is added particles from 6 nm to 8 nm in light petroleum distillates in an amount ensuring final concentration of CeO2 cerium dioxide nanoparticles in the biocomponent at a level from 5 ppm to 20 ppm. The subject of the application is also a refined biocomponent for biofuels.
