Abstract

Sposób otrzymywania katalizatorów tlenkowych na osnowie eksfoliowanych glinokrzemianów warstwowych polega na tym, że do przestrzeni międzywarstwowych glinokrzemianu warstwowego wprowadza się co najmniej jeden podstawowy monomer hydrofilowy w ilości od 30% wag. do 90% wag. w stosunku do masy glinokrzemianu, ewentualnie z dodatkiem hydrofilowego monomeru sieciującego w ilości do 20% wag. w stosunku do ilości pozostałych monomerów i prowadzi się polimeryzację in situ w roztworze wodnym, po czym otrzymany hybrydowy, nieorganiczno-organiczny materiał warstwowy poddaje się sorpcji co najmniej jednego kationu metalu z roztworu wodnego jego soli, a następnie obróbce termicznej w zakresie temperatur 400-700°C, w atmosferze utleniającej.
