Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób przerobu surowca metalicznego, szczególnie do przerobu zlomu i/lub odpadów metalowych o znacznych gabarytach. Sposób przerobu surowca metalicznego polega na rozdrabnianiu metalicznych produktów normalnej wielkosci w strzepiarko-kruszarce i/lub w mlynie (3) i dostarczaniu strzepów do rusztu (6), posiadajacego kanaly (10). Po przesianiu oddziela sie od siebie frakcje mineralne, metale ferromagnetyczne i metale kolorowe, gdzie oddzielanie przeprowadza sie w odpowiednich dla rodzaju oddzielania separatorach, magnetycznym (4?) i/lub bebnowym (4?) i/lub pneumatycznym i/lub grawitacyjnym (4??). Strzepy impregnuje sie preparatem impregnujacym poprzez napylenie go co najmniej jednokrotne, przy czym napylenie stosuje sie po przesianiu przez ruszt (6). Linia technologiczna zawiera dysze (12), rozpylajace preparat impregnacyjny, przy czym dysze rozpylajace (12) polaczone sa przewodami cisnieniowymi (13), poprzez pompe (14), ze zbiornikiem impregnatu (15) i umieszczone sa za rusztem (6) mlyna (3) i/lub strzepiarko-kruszarki oraz korzystnie w separatorach.The subject of the invention is a method for processing metallic raw material, especially for processing scrap metal and / or metal waste of considerable dimensions.
