Abstract

Sposób granulowania mułów węglowych polega na tym, że przeznaczony do granulowania muł transportuje się do mieszalnika, gdzie miesza się go z substancją wspomagającą proces granulacji, którą stanowi mieszanina polimerów, stanowiąca od 5% do 35% masy mułów. Mieszaninę tę stanowią poliolefiny, tj. głównie PE - polietylen i PP - polipropylen, w ilości od 5% do 35% masy mułów oraz plastyfikatory w ilości 0,1% do 8% polimeru, wspomagające procesy aglomeracji i granulacji mułów węglowych. Po zakończeniu procesu mieszania, wstępnie przygotowany muł przekazuje się do suszarki, w której korzystnie w temperaturze 100°C do 185°C w czasie od 1 do 30 min poddaje się go ogrzewaniu i aglomeracji w obecności pary wodnej. Po zgranulowaniu i wysuszeniu mułów kieruje się je na sita wibracyjne i po wstępnej segregacji gromadzi do dalszej obróbki lub spalania.The method of granulating coal sludge is that the sludge intended for granulation is transported to a mixer, where it is mixed with a substance supporting the granulation process, which is a mixture of polymers constituting from 5% to 35% of the sludge mass. This mixture consists of polyolefins, i.e. mainly PE - polyethylene and PP - polypropylene, in amounts from 5% to 35% of the weight of the sludge, and plasticizers in the amount of 0.1% to 8% of the polymer, supporting the agglomeration and granulation processes of coal sludge. After completing the mixing process, the pre-prepared mud is transferred to a dryer, where it is heated and agglomerated in the presence of water vapor, preferably at a temperature of 100°C to 185°C for 1 to 30 minutes. After granulating and drying the mud, it is directed to vibrating sieves and, after initial segregation, collected for further processing or burning.
