Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nasadka butelek do kosmetyków, majaca zastosowanie do nakladania na nakretke glówki buteleczek. Istota wzoru przemyslowego polega na nowym zarysie ksztaltu zewnetrznego nasadki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 przedstawiono nasadke w przekroju w plaszczyznie przechodzacej przez os wzdluzna i najwieksza srednice kolnierza, na fig.2 przedstawiono nasadke w widoku z noku, zas na fig.3 w widoku z góry. Nasadka ma wewnatrz cylindryczny, przelotowy otwór, przechodzacy od góry lagodnym lukiem w górna powierzchnie o lukowym zarysie scian i mniejszym nachyleniu do osi wzdluznej nasadki. Powierzchnia ta malym lukiem przechodzi w wypukla powierzchnie górna o spiralnym zarysie krawedzi zewnetrznej. Krawedz spiralna oraz zewnetrzna krawedz pierscieniowego dna nasadki polaczona jest ksztaltowa, wklesla powierzchnia boczna, przy czym polaczenie tej powierzchni w linii uskoku spirali tworzy krawedzie symbolizujace zachodzenie tych powierzchni na siebie, zas powierzchnia górna i boczna tworza element kolnierza. Nasadka moze byc wykonana z tworzywa lub szkla dowolnej barwy i przezroczystosci, które z barwa i ksztaltem buteleczki daja pozytywne wrazenia estetyczne. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a cosmetic bottle cap, used for placing the head of the bottle on the cap. The essence of the industrial design lies in the new external shape of the cap. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the cap in cross-section in a plane passing through the longitudinal axis and the largest diameter of the collar, Fig. 2 shows the cap from the bottom, and Fig. 3 shows the cap from the top. The cap has a cylindrical, through-hole inside, extending from the top in a gentle arc into an upper surface with arc-shaped walls and a lesser inclination to the longitudinal axis of the cap. This surface merges with a small arc into a convex upper surface with a spiral-shaped outer edge. The spiral edge and the outer edge of the cap's annular base are connected by a contoured, concave side surface. The connection of this surface along the spiral's fault line creates edges symbolizing the overlap of these surfaces, while the upper and side surfaces form a collar element. The cap can be made of plastic or glass of any color and transparency, which, combined with the color and shape of the bottle, creates a positive aesthetic impression.
