Abstract

The invention relates to a vapour extractor unit (10), in particular for kitchens, which is configured as a portable table-top device. The upper face of said extractor unit (10) is equipped with a utility surface of a thermal device (30) for preparing meals. The housing (12) is configured as an essentially flat parallelepiped (12'), which is provided with a suction opening (14) and an exhaust opening (16). An exhaust fan (18) and an odour filter (22) are located in the housing (12) between the two openings (14, 16). When not in use, the vapour extractor unit (10) has compact storage-space requirements. The vapour extractor unit (10) and the thermal device (30) are manufactured to Gastro-Norm (GN) dimensions.
