It turned out unexpectedly that due to the presence of chlorides, the wood protection agent penetrates deeply into the wood, maintains high bioprotective properties and is characterized by less harmful impact on the environment. Theoretically, a decrease in the bischonic properties could be expected as a result of introducing the chloride inside. The introduction of chlorides made it possible to reduce the proportion of boron compounds in the center, to diminish the harmful effects of the preparations on the environment, while maintaining the high properties of beicides, which proves the synergistic effect of the ingredients in the developed composition.
