Abstract
The subject of the application is an electric vehicle charging station with a photovoltaic installation, supported by graphene PV modules and a heating film. It is designed to power electric vehicle batteries with energy produced by the PV system and to heat them using the heating film. Heating the electric vehicle batteries improves battery efficiency, and the use of PV modules increases the use of renewable energy sources. The charging station is configured in an ON-GIRD system, connected to the local or national power grid. The solution is applicable to charging electric vehicle batteries. The station consists of a shelter in the form of a supporting structure (2), which is mounted in the ground at four points and has a roof inclined to the ground at an angle of 5° - 35°, on which photovoltaic modules (1) are located, which are connected to a three-phase inverter (3), a heating foil (4), a charging socket (5) connected to an electrical switchboard, wherein the heating foils (4) are in the form of two rectangular, symmetrical foil strips containing electrodes made of active carbon, wherein the heating foils (4) are located on the ground under the vehicle battery in such a way that they heat the batteries with thermal energy in the form of long infrared radiation waves generated as a result of the increase in resistance of the active carbon electrodes - graphite heaters.
