Abstract

Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest rusztowina służąca do budowy ruchomych palenisk schodkowych umożliwiających spalanie paliwa w ramach ciągłej i długotrwałej pracy kotła. Rusztowina ma zastosowanie szczególnie w połączeniu z kotłami przemysłowymi przeznaczonymi do spalania paliwa o drobnej frakcji, takich jak: miał węgla kamiennego i brunatnego, trociny, zrębki drewna, pellet, pestki owoców, biomasa. Palenisko w kotle składa się z kilku rzędów przylegających do siebie rusztowin. Każda z nich posiada czoło (1) wyeksponowane do wnętrza komory spalania kotła, na którym zachodzi proces spalania paliwa oraz umiejscowiona jest powierzchnia podparcia stopek (2) wyższego rzędu rusztowin. Czoło przechodzi łagodnie w belkę nośną (3) tworząc profil o kształcie zbliżonym do litery V. Na odcinku rusztowiny odpowiedzialnym za dostarczenie tlenu do reakcji spalania paliwa są przewężenia (4), dzięki którym po złożeniu kilku rusztowin powstają szczeliny powietrzne. Na belce nośnej (3) znajdują się żebra (5), których zadaniem jest oddawanie ciepła z rusztowiny do powietrza podsycającego spalanie oraz wymuszanie jego uwarstwionego przepływu. Czoło (1) oraz belka nośna (3) z jednej strony rusztowiny są zakończone stopką (2). Rusztowina posiada uchwyt (6) służący do jej montowania na belce podrusztowej mechanizmu umożliwiającego ruchy posuwisto zwrotne całego rzędu rusztowin.The subject of the utility model is a grate used for the construction of movable stepped furnaces enabling fuel combustion during continuous and long-term operation of the boiler. The grate is used especially in conjunction with industrial boilers designed to burn fine fraction fuel, such as: hard coal and lignite, sawdust, wood chips, pellets, fruit stones, biomass. The furnace in the boiler consists of several rows of adjoining grates. Each of them has a face (1) exposed to the inside of the combustion chamber of the boiler, on which the fuel combustion process takes place, and the support surface of the feet (2) of the higher row of grate bars is located. The front end gently passes into the support beam (3), creating a V-shaped profile. In the section of the grate responsible for supplying oxygen to the fuel combustion reaction, there are narrowing (4), which create air gaps after folding several grates. On the supporting beam (3) there are ribs (5), whose task is to transfer heat from the grate to the air which supports combustion and forcing its stratified flow. The forehead (1) and the carrying beam (3) on one side of the grate are ended with a foot (2). The grate bar has a handle (6) for mounting it on the beam under the grate of the mechanism enabling reciprocating movements of the entire row of grates.
