Abstract
Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest urządzenie lub respirator (10) przenośny do podawania mieszaniny gazów podczas resuscytacji krążeniowo - oddechowej pacjenta, do podawania mieszaniny gazów (M,(OR + A)) jako część i w połączeniu z resuscytacją krążeniowo - oddechową pacjenta. Urządzenie charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera ramę nośną (11) do podtrzymywania różnych części urządzenia (10) oraz co najmniej jeden cylinder (12) z mieszaniną gazów zawierającą tlen i argon do podawania pacjentowi podczas jego reanimacji, zaś z cylindrem (12) połączony jest zawór (13), umieszczony w położeniu zamkniętym, aby zapobiec uwalnianiu mieszaniny gazów z samego cylindra (12), przy czym zawór (13) jest przystosowany do działania jako pierwszy reduktor ciśnienia mieszaniny gazów, gdy zawór (13) jest otwarty, a przez to mieszanina gazów wydostaje się z i jest zasilana przez cylinder (12). Ponadto urządzenie zawiera jednostkę sterującą (14), w szczególności złożoną ze sterownika PLC, w której przechowywane są programy i algorytmy, przeznaczone do sterowania i kontrolowania działania urządzenia (10), oraz drugi reduktor ciśnienia i układ regulacji (16), przy czym oba są sterowane przez jednostkę sterującą (14), przepływu mieszaniny gazów dostarczanej przez cylinder (12) i przychodzącej z pierwszego reduktora ciśnienia (13), oraz panel ustawień i poleceń (15), zawierający wizualizator lub wyświetlacz (15a), umożliwiający operatorowi ustawienie i sterowanie urządzeniem (10) i baterię do dostarczania energii niezbędnej do funkcjonowania urządzenia lub respiratora (10). Urządzenie (10) jest połączone z maską lub maską do oddychania, lub podobnym urządzeniem, za pomocą którego jest przystosowane do podawania pacjentowi, który jest reanimowany, mieszaniny gazów, pod zmniejszonym ciśnieniem, podawanej przez drugi reduktor ciśnienia i przez układ regulacji (16) zawarty w samym urządzeniu (10).The subject of the utility model is a portable device or ventilator (10) for administering a gas mixture during a patient's cardiopulmonary resuscitation, for administering a gas mixture (M, (OR + A)) as part of and in connection with a patient's cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The device is characterized in that it comprises a support frame (11) for supporting various parts of the device (10) and at least one cylinder (12) with a gas mixture containing oxygen and argon for administration to the patient during his resuscitation, and the cylinder (12) is connected to valve (13), placed in a closed position to prevent release of the gas mixture from the cylinder (12) itself, the valve (13) being adapted to act as the first pressure reducer of the gas mixture when the valve (13) is open and thus the gas mixture escapes from and is fed through the cylinder (12). In addition, the device includes a control unit (14), in particular a PLC controller, which stores programs and algorithms for controlling and controlling the operation of the device (10), as well as a second pressure reducer and control system (16), both of which are controlled by the control unit (14), the flow of gas mixture supplied by the cylinder (12) and incoming from the first pressure reducer (13), and the settings and command panel (15), containing a visualizer or display (15a), enabling the operator to set and control the device (10) and a battery for providing the energy necessary for the operation of the device or ventilator (10). The device (10) is connected to a breathing mask or mask, or a similar device, by means of which it is adapted to administer to a patient who is resuscitated, a gas mixture under reduced pressure, fed by a second pressure reducer and by a regulating system (16) in the device itself (10).
