Abstract
[Subject] To provide a geothermal heat exchanger with high thermal efficiency, which can reduce heat loss to a non-geothermal zone when hot water heated in the deep underground is transported to the ground. [Solution] The geothermal power generation system, comprises a medium transport pipe 20 which has a descending region for lowering the medium, a rising region for raising the medium and a double pipe with no opening to the geothermal zone S, a high-pressure circulation pump 30 for delivering the medium to the medium transport pipe 20, a steam generator 41 for extracting steam from the medium heated by geothermal heat, a production well for receiving geothermal water formed around the medium transport pipe 20, an injection well for injecting at least a part of the geothermal water having undergone the heat exchange, a steam-water separator 71 including at least one steam-water separator for extracting steam from the geothermal water, and a generator 45 for generating electricity with the steam.
