Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for producing a block copolymer containing polyaryl ether blocks and polyalkylene oxide blocks, comprising the reaction of an HO-terminated polyaryl ether with a monomeric alkylene oxide. The present invention also relates to a block copolymer that can be obtained from said method. The invention further relates to a triblock polymer having polyalkylene oxide/polyaryl ether/polyalkylene oxide blocks.
