A coconut husking machine comprising of nut holder or similar device that would hold the coconut in place when it is indexed (loaded) manually or automatically; a twin rail or similar device that would serve as a guide for the husk splitting & husking knife assembly, which could be integrated as one assembly or separately, a twin rail or similar device that would keep the nut under pressure to prevent the nut from dislodging when the husking splitting & husking knife assembly husks the coconut. The lowering (engaging) of the nut retaining assembly and raising (disengaging) is accomplished manually and/or pneumatic, or electro-mechanical device. The husk splitting & husking knife assembly is like wise engaged or disengaged, manually and/or pneumatic, or electro-mechanical device.
