Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a una composicion que comprende una mezcla de: a) un compuesto no ionico, tal como un oxido de polialquileno, un poliol estructurado o un tensioactivo de poliol, y b) un flujo superior o un flujo inferior de una flotacion por espuma de minerales de sulfuro, en donde el flujo inferior es un flujo inferior de relaves, un flujo inferior de cobre o un flujo inferior de molibdeno, y el flujo superior es un flujo superior de cobre/molibdeno, un flujo superior de cobre o un flujo superior de molibdeno, en donde el compuesto no ionico esta presente en una cantidad de 1 microgramo a 1 miligramo por litro del flujo inferior o flujo superior. Tambien se refiere a un metodo de obtencion de dicha composicion. La composicion de la invencion tiene una viscosidad reducida de una espuma o flujo inferior, siendo util en el procesamiento de minerales de sulfuro de productos metalicos de cobre y molibdeno, incluido un aumento de velocidad de sedimentacion para producir un producto concentrado.
