Abstract

En la presente se divulgan dispositivos y sensores de recoleccion de energia, y metodos de fabricacion y uso de estos. Los dispositivos de recoleccion de energia pueden comprender una membrana dispuesta en un sustrato, en donde la membrana comprende un material bidimensional (2D) y una o mas ondas; y un componente acoplado electricamente, magneticamente, electromagneticamente, electrostatica/capacitivamente, piezoelectricamente, magnetostrictivamente y/o mecanicamente a la membrana y/o el sustrato, de manera que el componente esta configurado para recolectar energia desde la membrana. Los sensores pueden comprender una membrana dispuesta en un sustrato, en donde la membrana comprende un material bidimensional y una o mas ondas; y un componente acoplado electricamente, magneticamente, electromagneticamente, electrostatica/capacitivamente, piezoelectricamente, magnetostrictivamente y/o mecanicamente a la membrana y/o el sustrato, de manera que el componente esta configurado para detectar una senal de la membrana.
