Abstract

La presente invencion proporciona un aparato (4) para alimentar un lodo de alimentacion (S) en un separador de particulas (1) que tiene una fuente de fluidizacion (13). El aparato de alimentacion comprende una camara (17) que tiene al menos un deflector (22) para dividir la camara en una primera zona (20) y una segunda zona (21). Una entrada de alimentacion (23) alimenta el lodo en la primera zona (20) y el deflector (22) desvia el lodo lejos de la segunda zona (21) y dirige el fluido de fluidizacion (10) desde la fuente de fluidizacion (13) a traves de la segunda zona (21) para combinar con el lodo (s) desde la primera zona (20). Ademas, se proporciona un separador de particulas (1) que incorpora el aparato de alimentacion (4) y un metodo de separacion de particulas.
