Abstract
Se refiere a un dispositivo para el analisis de una poblacion de celulas, caracterizado porque comprende de una camara de carga celular; al menos dos carriles o lineas de ensayo paralelas separadas a igual distancia entre si, cada carril o linea de ensayo comprende un hidrogel; al menos dos canales de ensayo paralelos. Estos dispositivos son capaces de evaluar la respuesta de migracion en la presencia de un gradiente estable encapsulado de un factor o combinacion de factores, y cuantificar la respuesta de adherencia dentro de los microcanales, en la presencia de diferentes factores; la gradiente de factor encapsulado comprende un rango de concentracion del factor de induccion de migracion o adherencia desde aproximadamente 1nM a 400 nM, en donde el factor de liberacion es una proteasa, la colagenasa; las celulas son seleccionadas del grupo que consiste en celulas madre, precursoras, celulas Muse-AT, hematopoyeticas, entre otras. Este dispositivo puede ser utilizado para evaluar la migracion celular o adherencia en la presencia de factores que podrian estar relacionados con la tasa de exito en diferentes tratamientos, tales como recuperacion del dano renal u otras patologias; y permite que esta informacion sea utilizada para evaluar el potencial terapeutico.
