Abstract

Que comprende: Una tolva aerodinamica para transportar y descargar material a los principales centros de extraccion de mineral, esta estructura habilita en un camion de alto tonelaje. Debido a la complejidad de dicha labor, la tolva posee caracteristicas aerodinamicas que facilitan el traslado de la carga, evitando la resistencia producida por el viento, lo que se traduce en una disminucion en el consumo de combustible por parte del camion. Consigue tambien una carga uniforme manteniendo su centro de gravedad estable tanto para la carga, descarga y movilizacion. Por otra parte brinda una facil reparacion de su estructura principal denominada chasis. Se caracteriza esencialmente por lo siguiente: Tiene una pared frontal en forma de S de radio variante unida al piso y visera conformando una sola pieza; las paredes laterales son rectas en su zona superior y curvas en el ultimo cuarto de su zona inferior conectada al piso; y la estructura esta conformada por una variedad de vigas doble I, que en el chasis van fijadas con soldadura intermitente y pernosIt comprises: An aerodynamic hopper to transport and unload material to the main mineral extraction centers, this structure enables a high tonnage truck.
