SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO PARA PRODUCIR UN MATERIAL SORBENTE BASADO EN CELULOSA QUE COMPRENDE: a) HACER REACCIONAR LAS MATERIAS PRIMAS QUE CONTIENEN CELULOSA BASADA EN BIOMASA CON ACIDO FOSFORICO DILUIDO, b) CALENTAR DICHA MEZCLA A UNA TEMPERATURA DE REACCION Y DESPUES DE COMPLETAR EL TIEMPO DE REACCION, SEPARAR DE LA SOLUCION DE ACIDO FOSFORICO DILUIDO DE LA MATERIA PRIMA INSOLUBLE RESTANTE, c) NEUTRALIZAR LA SOLUCION QUE DA COMO RESULTADO LA PRECIPITACION DE CELULOSA. MODIFICADA, d) LAVAR Y REMOVER DEL AGUA EXCEDENTE DEL PRECIPITADO RESULTANTE. DICHO PROCESO ES UTIL PARA LA ELIMINACION DE CONTAMINANTES HIDROSOLUBLES DEL AGUA Y OTRAS SOLUCIONES ACUOSAS.
