QUE COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: a) SOMETER A UN PRE-RECUBRIMIENTO LA BARRA CONDUCTORE DE COBRE MEDIANTE INMERSION EN UN BANO FUNDIDO A LA TEMPERATURA ADECUADA (330°C - 350°C) CON UNA ALEACION COMPUESTA PRINCIPALMENTE POR PLOMO Y PLATA Y DONDE EL CONTENIDO DE PLATA ESTA ENTRE UN 0,1% Y UN 10%; b) CON ESTE RECUBRIMIENTO Y CON LA BARRA DE COBRE CALIENTE, SE INTRODUCE DICHA BARRA DE COBRE EN UN MOLDE ADECUADO, Y A TRAVES DE INYECCION O METODO SIMILAR, SE RECUBRE PERIFERICAMENTE LA BARRA DE COBRE CON UNA ALEACION DE PLOMO-ANTIMONIO DE ENTRE 0 Y 11% DE Sb Y CON UN ESPESOR DE ENTRE 0,01 Y 10 mm.; c) TRASLADAR LA BARRA DE COBRE A LA MESA DE ARMADO, Y RELLENAR LA RANURA CON UNA ALEACION DE PLOMO-BISMUTO ENTRE UN 1 Y UN 55% DE BISMUTO, A LA TEMPERATURA ADECUADA, QUE PERMITE INTRODUCIR LA PLANCHA DE PLOMO, MANTENIENDOSE LA SOLDADURA DE PLOMO BISMUTO LIQUIDA; d) CUANDO LA ALEACION DE PLOMO BISMUTA VERTIDA EN LA RANURA SE HAYAN SOLIDIFICADO, REFORZAR CON SOLDADURA DE REFORZAMIENTO PREFERENTEMENTE CON UNA ALEACION IDENTICA A LA DEL RECUBRIMIENTO PERIFERICO, LA ZONA D EUNION ENTRE EL RECUBRIMIENTO PERIFERICO DE LA BARRA DE COBRE Y LA PLANCHA, POR AMBOS LADOS
