EL METODO INCLUYE: a) PROPORCIONAR UNA CAMARA IMPELENTE DE AIRE QUE TIENE UNA CAVIDAD INTERNA QUE DEFINE UNA TRAYECTORIA DE FLUJO QUE SE EXTIENDE RADIALMENTE HACIA EL EJE Y AXIALMENTE A UNA SALIDA; b) PROPORCIONAR UN PASAJE DE AIRE ADYACENTE AL ANILLO DE GARGANTA QUE ESTA ALINEADO CON LA SALIDA DE LA CAMARA IMPELENTE DE AIRE; c) DIRIGIR EL AIRE DE ENFRIAMIENTO DE LA CAJA DE SECCION AL PASAJE DE AIRE DE MANERA QUE EL AIRE DE ENFRIAMIENTO FLUYA RADIALMENTE EN LA CAMARA IMPELENTE DE AIRE HACIA EL EJE LUEGO AXIALMENTE DESDE LA SALIDA A LOS PASAJES DE AIRE PARA ENFRIAR EL ANILLO DE GARGANTA; d) PROPORCIONAR UNA VALVULA AMORTIGUADORA ENTRE LA CAJA DE SECCION Y LA CAMARA IMPELENTE DE AIRE, EN DONDE DICHA VALVULA INCLUYE UNA SALIDA AJUSTABLE PARA CONTROLAR LA VELOCIDAD DEL FLUJO DE AIRE DE ENFRIAMIENTO A LA CAMARA IMPELENTE DE AIRE; e) AJUSTAR LA POSICION DE LA CAMARA IMPELENTE DE AIRE CON RESPECTO A LA CAJA DE SECCION; Y f) PROPORCIONAR UN SELLO EN LA TRAYECTORIA DE FLUJO ENTRE LA CAMARA IMPELENTE DE AIRE Y LA CAJA DE SECCION QUE MANTIENE UN SELLO HERMETICO DE LA TRAYECTORIA DE FLUJO ENTRE LA CAJA DE SECCION Y LA CAMARA IMPELENTE DE AIRE EN TODAS LAS POSICIONES DE LA CAMARA IMPELENTE DE AIREWHERE SUCH MACHINE INCLUDES A SECTION BOX THAT PROVIDES A SUPPLY OF COOLING AIR AND A PLUNGER CYLINDER THAT HAS A SHAFT. THE METHOD INCLUDES: a) PROVIDE AN IMPELLENT AIR CHAMBER HAVING AN INTERNAL CAVITY DEFINING A FLOW PATH THAT EXTENDS RADIALLY TOWARDS THE AXIS AND AXIALLY TO AN OUTLET; b) PROVIDE A PASSAGE OF AIR ADJACENT TO THE THROAT RING THAT IS ALIGNED WITH THE OUTLET OF THE IMPELLING AIR CHAMBER; c) DIRECT THE COOLING AIR FROM THE SECTION BOX TO THE AIR PASSAGE SO THAT THE COOLING AIR FLOWS RADIALLY IN THE IMPELLING AIR CHAMBER TOWARDS THE SHAFT THEN AXIALLY FROM THE OUTLET TO THE AIR PASSAGES TO COOL THE RING RING ; d) PROVIDE A CUSHIONING VALVE BETWEEN THE SECTION BOX AND THE IMPELLING AIR CHAMBER, WHERE SUCH VALVE INCLUDES AN ADJUSTABLE OUTLET TO CONTROL THE SPEED OF THE COOLING AIR FLOW TO THE IMPELLING AIR CHAMBER; e) ADJUST THE POSITION OF THE AIR IMPELLENT CHAMBER WITH RESPECT TO THE SECTION BOX; AND f) PROVIDE A SEAL IN THE FLOW PATH BETWEEN THE AIR IMPELLING CHAMBER AND THE SECTION BOX THAT MAINTAINS A HERMETIC SEAL OF THE FLOW PATH BETWEEN THE SECTION BOX AND THE AIR IMPELLING CHAMBER IN ALL POSITIONS OF THE CHAMBER.
