SE REFIERE A UNA COMPOSICION FARMACEUTICA QUE COMPRENDE POR LO MENOS UN COMPUESTO ESTROGENIGO SELECCIONADO DE ESTRADIOL, ETINIL ESTRADIOL, ESTRIOL Y ESTRONA, EN UNA CANTIDAD DE ENTRE 5 Y 1000 UG DE ESTRADIOL EQUIVALENTE POR DOSIS UNITARIA DE LA COMPOSICION, EL CUAL SE LIBERA A LO LARGO DE UN PERIODO DE ENTRE 3 HORAS Y 30 DIAS; Y TIENE POR LO MENOS UNA FASE INTERNA NO LIPOIDE Y UNA FASE EXTERNA LIPOIDE QUE ES BIOADHESIVA A LA SUPERFICIE VULVOVAGINAL.
