SE REFIERE A UN SISTEMA Y PROCEDIMIENTO PARA MOLDEAR COLADAS DE METALES NO FERRICOS, PRINCIPALMENTE COBRE O ALEACIONES DE COBRE, COMPUESTO POR UN RECIPIENTE DISTRIBUIDOR QUE CONSTA DE UN TUBO DE INMERSION DISPUESTO EN FORMA INCLINADA HACIA ABAJO EN UN ANGULO DE VERTIDO DEFINIDO, CON UNA PRIMERA Y SEGUNDA PORCION QUE FORMA LA PUNTA DEL TUBO SUMERGIBLE, QUE ESTA INMERGIDO EN EL BANO DE COLADA DE UNA COQUILLA, TAL QUE LA PUNTA DEL TUBO SUMERGIBLE SE ENCUENTRA CERRADA EN SU EXTREMO LIBRE, Y EN SU PARED QUE SENALA EN DIRECCION HACIA EL LADO INFERIOR DE LA COQUILLA CUENTA CON UNA ABERTURA DE SALIDA DE FLUJO QUE ORIGINA UN PRIMER CAMBIO DE DIRECCION DEL FLUJO DE COLADA, Y QUE EN LA PUNTA DEL TUBO SUMERGIBLE, DISPUESTO A CIERTA DISTANCIA DE LA ABERTURA DE SALIDA DEL FLUJO, TIENE UN LABIO QUE CUBRIENDO LA ABERTURA DE SALIDA DEL FLUJO RESULTA EN UN SEGUNDO CAMBIO DE DIRECCION Y DISTRIBUCION DEL FLUJO DE COLADA EN FORMA TRANSVERSAL CON RESPECTO AL EJE LONGITUDINAL DE LA COQUILLA, TAL QUE DURANTE EL ESTADO DE FUNCIONAMIENTO LA ABERTURA DE SALIDA DEL FLUJO Y EL LABIO ESTAN SITUADOS DEBAJO DE LA SUPERFICIE DEL BANO DE LA COQUILLA
