ADEMAS DE UN APARATO DE FLOTACION QUE COMPRENDE UN PREPARADOR, UN SEPARADOR DE FLOTACION, UN MEDIO DE ALIMENTACION, UN PRIMER MEDIO DE REMOCION Y UN SEGUNDO MEDIO DE REMOCION CARACTERIZADO PORQUE EL PREPARADOR ES UNA MEZCLADORA DE ROTOR HELICOIDALIT REFERS TO A FOAM FLOATING METHOD TO CONCENTRATE MINERALS FROM A COARSE GRAIN MATERIAL, IN WHICH METHOD: A) A THICK SUSPENSION OF THE COARSE GRAIN MATERIAL AND FLOTATION CHEMICALS IS FORMED; B) THE SUSPENSION IS PREPARED WITHOUT PRODUCING SEDIMENT; C) A LIQUID PHASE IS PROVIDED AND A FOAM PHASE IS DISPOSED ON THE SURFACE OF THE LIQUID PHASE; AND, D) THE SUSPENSION IS SUPPLIED IN THE FOAM PHASE, WITH THE RESULT THAT THE HYDROPHOBIC PARTICLES ARE CAPTURED IN THE FOAM, TO BE REMOVED IN THE FORM OF A SUPERIOR FLOW, WHILE THE HYDROPHILIC PARTICLES SINK THROUGH THE FOAM IN THE LIQUID PHASE BELOW IT TO BE WITHDRAWN IN THE FORM OF A LOWER FLOW; CHARACTERIZED BECAUSE IN THE PREPARATION PHASE OF THE METHOD THE SUSPENSION IS SUBJECTED TO FLOW MOVEMENT WITH A VERTICAL CIRCULATION AXIAL FLOW MODEL. IN ADDITION TO A FLOTATION APPARATUS INCLUDING A PREPARATOR, A FLOTATION SEPARATOR, A FEEDING MEANS, A FIRST REMOVAL MEANS AND A SECOND REMOVAL MEANS CHARACTERIZED BECAUSE THE PREPARER IS A HELICAL ROTOR MIXER
