CARACTERIZADO PORQUE COMPRENDE: 1) UN ANALGESICO, S(+) ENANTIOMERO, TAL COMO: IBUPROFENO O NAPROXENO, ENTRE OTROS, COMO SAL DE LISINA; 2) UN ANTIHISTAMINICOS DE ETER DE PIRROLIDINA Y PIPERIDINA, DE FORMULA (I), EN DONDE: R1 ES H, HALO, ALQUILO C1-C4 O ALCOXI C1-C4; R2 ES ALQUILO C1-C4; m ES 0; 1; 2 o 3; n ES 1 o 2; SE REFIERE PREFERENTEMENTE AL FUMARATO DE CLEMASTINA; 3) EXCIPIENTES; ADEMAS AL MENOS UNO DE LOS SIGUIENTES PRINCIPIOS ACTIVOS: 4) UN DESCONGESTIONANTE TAL COMO PSEUDOEFEDRINA; 5) UN EXPECTORANTE; 6) UN ANTIHISTAMINICO ADICIONAL; 7) ANTITUSIVO TAL COMO DEXTROMETORFANO HBr; 8) UN COMPUESTO ALFA AGONISTA; Y OPCIONALMENTE, 9) UNA CANTIDAD EFICAZ DE CAFEINA, PARA DISMINUIR LOS EFECTOS SEDANTES DEL ANTIHISTAMINICO DE FORMULA (I).
