Abstract

The present invention relates to a bathroom ware, particularly an anti-fogging bathroom mirror, comprising a mirror surface (2), wherein a mirror frame (1) is sleeved on the outer circumference of the mirror surface (2), a cavity (11) is arranged on the mirror frame (1), the cavity (11) is formed at the back side of the mirror surface (2), a heat-conducting silica gel layer (12) is arranged in the cavity (11), the heat-conducting silica gel layer (12) is tightly adhered to the back side of the mirror surface (2), a pipe coil (5) is further arranged in the cavity (11), the pipe coil (5) is made of a heat-conducting silica gel material, one side of the pipe coil (5) is tightly adhered to the heat-conducting silica gel layer (12), and the pipe coil (5) is provided with a water inlet (51) and a water outlet (52), which are arranged on the outer side of the mirror frame (1). The anti-fogging bathroom mirror provided by the present invention can better prevent water vapor from being condensed on the mirror surface and is convenient for people to use. Fig. 1

BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a bathroom ware, particularly an anti-fogging bathroom mirror.
Related Art
With the development of society, people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of life, particularly for the comfort of living conditions. Bathroom, as a space for occupants to conduct daily cleaning activities such as defecation, bathing and washing, is an indispensable part of people’s lives; no matter in the house, the office building or the public place, there is a washroom; traditional bathroom ware includes washstand, mirror, toilet, bathtub and the like, and they have a simple structure and a single material, for example, the toilet and the bathtub basically adopt ceramic; these traditionally bathroom wares only have basic functions, with few consideration of comfort and practicability. As the improvement of people’s material living level, bathroom ware industry has a big development, and various new types of bathroom wares such as bathroom cabinet, shower room, hand-rinse basin, multi-functional mirrors and the like emerge in endlessly; these bathroom wares need to meet the huge domestic market of China, thus it is necessary to develop more bathroom wares that are more reasonable.
Generally, an anti-fogging bathroom mirror is fixed on a wall above a ceramic hand-rinse basin in a household washroom; in winter, after people have a shower, generally a layer of water droplets is covered on the surface of the anti-fogging bathroom mirror, this is because the water vapor generated when people have a shower meets the cold mirror surface to be condensed; therefore, people cannot use the anti-fogging bathroom mirror immediately after having the shower, they must take a clean towel or a piece of cloth to wipe the mirror surface of the anti-fogging bathroom mirror; thus some inconvenience is brought to people.
Summary
In view of this, the present invention discloses an anti-fogging bathroom mirror, which can better prevent water vapor from being condensed on the mirror surface and is convenient for people to use.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention adopts a following technical scheme: an anti-fogging bathroom mirror comprises a mirror surface, wherein a mirror frame is sleeved on the outer circumference of the mirror surface, a cavity is arranged on the mirror frame, the cavity is formed at the back side of the mirror surface, a heat-conducting silica gel layer is arranged in the cavity, the heat-conducting silica gel layer is tightly adhered to the back side of the mirror surface, a pipe coil is further arranged in the cavity, the pipe coil is made of a heat-conducting silica gel material, one side of the pipe coil is tightly adhered to the heat-conducting silica gel layer, and the pipe coil is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, which are arranged on the outer side of the mirror frame.
Further, the back side of the mirror frame is provided with four connecting columns which are located at four corners of the cavity bottom respectively, and on the mirror surface there are four bolts perforating the mirror surface to be matched with the connecting columns respectively, so as to fix the mirror surface at the cavity opening of the mirror frame. In this way, the mirror frame and the mirror surface can be better assembled into a whole.
Further, in order to facilitate the fixing between the cavity-shaped mirror frame and a bathroom wall and meanwhile to make dismantling possible, four suction cups are arranged on the back of the mirror frame and the four suction cups are located at four corners of the back of the mirror frame respectively.
Further, in order to prevent four corners of the mirror surface from scratching people’s skin, chamfering is arranged at the four corners of the mirror surface.
The present invention has benefits as follows: during the use of the anti-fogging bathroom mirror provided by the present invention, the pipe coil can be communicated through the water inlet and the water outlet; when people have a shower in winter, hot water will flow through the pipe coil; since the pipe coil is made of a heat-conducting silica gel material which has a very low thermal resistivity, the heat-conducting effect is significant and heat can be transferred to the heat-conducting silica gel layer; likewise, the heat-conducting silica gel layer also can make heat well covered on the back side of the mirror surface, such that the temperature of the mirror surface rises; in this way, water vapor in the bathroom can be prevented from being condensed on the mirror surface to some extent. Therefore, the anti-fogging bathroom mirror provided by the present invention can better prevent water vapor from being condensed on the mirror surface and is convenient for people to use.

Description of Embodiments
The present invention is further described below in conjunction with specific embodiments. Accompanying drawings are merely for exemplary description, and what they represent are schematic diagrams but pictures of the real product; the accompanying drawings cannot be understood as a limit to this patent; to better describe the embodiment of the present invention, some parts in the accompanying drawings could be omitted, zoomed in or zoomed out, and do not represent the actual size of the product; for those skilled in the art, it is understandable that some well known structure and description in the accompanying drawings could be omitted.
As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, an anti-fogging bathroom mirror comprises a mirror frame 1, wherein a cavity 11 is arranged in the mirror frame 1, the front side of the mirror frame 1 is installed with a mirror surface 2, the cavity 11 is located at the back side of the mirror surface 2, in the cavity 11 there is a heat-conducting silica gel layer 12 tightly adhered to the back side of the mirror surface 2, at the same time a pipe coil 5 is further arranged in the cavity 11 and the pipe coil 5 is made of a heat-conducting silica gel material, the front side of the pipe coil 5 is tightly adhered to the back side of the heat-conducting silica gel layer 12. In addition, two ends of the pipe coil 5 extend out of the mirror frame 1 and respectively form a water inlet 51 and a water outlet 52.
During the use of the anti-fogging bathroom mirror provided by the present invention, the pipe coil can be communicated through the water inlet and the water outlet; when people have a shower in winter, hot water will flow through the pipe coil; since the pipe coil is made of a heat-conducting silica gel material which has a very low thermal resistivity, the heat-conducting effect is significant and heat can be transferred to the heat-conducting silica gel layer; likewise, the heat-conducting silica gel layer also can make heat well covered on the back side of the mirror surface, such that the temperature of the mirror surface rises; in this way, water vapor in the bathroom can be prevented from being condensed on the mirror surface to some extent. Therefore, the anti-fogging bathroom mirror provided by the present invention can better prevent water vapor from being condensed on the mirror surface and is convenient for people to use.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the back side of the mirror frame 1 is provided with four connecting columns 3 which are located at four corners of the cavity bottom 1-1 respectively, and on the mirror surface 2 there are four bolts perforating the mirror surface 2 to be matched with the connecting columns 3 respectively, so as to fix the mirror surface 2 at the cavity opening of the mirror frame 1.
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, four suction cups 6 are arranged on the back of the mirror frame 1 and the four suction cups 6 are located at four corners of the back of the mirror frame 1 respectively.
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, chamfering is arranged at four corners of the mirror surface 2.
Obviously, the above embodiments of the present invention merely are examples made to clearly illustrate the present invention, rather than a limit to the embodiment of the present invention. For those skilled in the art, other different forms of variations or changes can be made based on the above description; it is not necessary to enumerate all embodiments. Any modifications, equivalent substitutes and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention all are intended to be included within the scope of protection of the claims of present invention appended herein.

An anti-fogging bathroom mirror, characterized in that: the anti-fogging bathroom mirror comprises a mirror surface (2), a mirror frame (1) is sleeved on the outer circumference of the mirror surface (2), a cavity (11) is arranged on the mirror frame (1), the cavity (11) is formed at the back side of the mirror surface (2), a heat-conducting silica gel layer (12) is arranged in the cavity (11), the heat-conducting silica gel layer (12) is tightly adhered to the back side of the mirror surface (2), a pipe coil (5) is further arranged in the cavity (11), the pipe coil (5) is made of a heat-conducting silica gel material, one side of the pipe coil (5) is tightly adhered to the heat-conducting silica gel layer (12), and the pipe coil (5) is provided with a water inlet (51) and a water outlet (52), which are arranged on the outer side of the mirror frame (1).

The anti-fogging bathroom mirror according to claim 1, characterized in that: the back side of the mirror frame (1) is provided with four connecting columns (3) which are located at four corners of the cavity bottom (1-1) respectively, and on the mirror surface (2) there are four bolts perforating the mirror surface (2) to be matched with the connecting columns (3) respectively, so as to fix the mirror surface (2) at the cavity opening of the mirror frame (1).
3. The anti-fogging bathroom mirror according to any one of claims 1 to 2, characterized in that: four suction cups (6) are arranged on the back of the mirror frame (1) and the four suction cups (6) are located at four corners of the back of the mirror frame (1) respectively.
4. The anti-fogging bathroom mirror according to any one of claims 1 to 2, characterized in that: chamfering is arranged at four corners of the mirror surface (2).
