Abstract

The flow of cleaning liquid through tube (5) is controlled by a rod (12) inside the hollow handle (1) connected to a pommel on the handle's upper end. When the pommel is depressed, the piston pressure is released and liquid flows through the tube. The floor cleaner has a container of cleaning fluid. The fluid is dispensed through a flexible tube (5) to head (6). The tube passes through a sleeve (14) on the lower part of the handle and is normally closed by pressure from a spring-loaded piston (13) inside the sleeve. The flow of liquid is controlled by a rod (12) inside the hollow handle (1) connected to a pommel on the handle's upper end. When the pommel is depressed, the piston pressure is released and liquid flows through the tube.
