Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 피처리수에 오존을 주입하여 정화를 행할때에, 피처리수에 자기력을 작용시키는 것을 특징으로 하느 물처리 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 자기력을 작용시킨 후, 피처리수 내지 응집물질을 여과에 의하여 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물처리 방법.
- 피처리수에 자기력을 작용시킴과 아울러, 오존을 주입하여 피산화물을 산화, 응집시킨후, 이 응집물질을 여과에 의하여 제거하고, 다시 이 피처리수에 자기력을 작용시킴과 아울러 오존을 주입한 후, 활성탄으로 이루어지는 촉매층을 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 물처리 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 촉매층을 통과시킨후, 응집물질을 여과에 의하여 제거하는것을 특징으로 하는 물처리 방법.
- 오존발생기(4),(7)와, 피처리수를 인도하여 소정의 자기력을 작용시키는 자기처리부(21) 및 이 자기처리부로부터의 피처리수에 상기 오존발생기에서 발생한 오존을 주입하여 혼합시키는 오존주입 혼합부(22)로 이루어지는 자기처리 반응기(5),(8)와, 이 자기처리 반응기로부터의 피처리수 내의 응집물질을 제거하는 여과기(6),(10)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 물처리장치.
- 제 1및 제 2오존발생부(4),(7)와, 피처리수를 인도하여 소정의 자기력을 작용시키는 자기처리부(21)및 이 자기처리부로부터의 피처리수에 상기 제 1오존발생부(4)에서 발생된 오존을 주입하여 교반시키는 오존주입 혼합부(22)로 이루어지는 제 1자기처리 반응기(5)와, 이 제 1자기처리 반응기로부터의 피처리수 내의 응집물질을 제거하는 제 1여과기(6)와, 이 제 1여과기로부터 나온 피처리수를 인도하여 소정의 자기력을 작용시키는 자기처리부(21) 및 이 자기처리부로부터의 피처리수에 상기 제 2오존발생기(7)에서 발생된 오존을 주입하여 혼합시키는 오존주입 혼합기(22)로 이루어지는 제 2자기처리 반응기(8)와, 이 제 2자기처리 반응기로부터 나온 피처리수를 인도하여 활성탄으로 이루어지는 촉매층에 의하여, 응집물질을 제거하는 제 2여과기(10)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 물처리장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 자기처리 반응기(5),(8)의 오존주입 혼합부(22)를 혼합용 통형상체(31)와, 이 혼합용 통형상체의 상류측으로부터 삽입된 오존주입관(32)과, 이 혼합용 통형상체내에서 또한, 오존주입관 근방에 배치되어서, 피처리수를 교반혼합시키는 날개체(33)와, 상기 혼합용 통형상체내에서 또한, 상기 날개체보다 하류측에 복수개 설치된 돌기체(34)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 물처리 설비.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 날개체(33)를 1쌍의 반원형상의 날개판(41A),(41B)에 의하여 구성함과 아울러, 이두 날개판을 피처리수의 흐름방향에 대하여 소정의 각도를 가지고 경사하도록 또한, 서로 역방향으로 비틀리도록 하여 배치하고, 이들 두 날개판의 교차부의 상류측 공간부를 좌우로 구획하는 구획판(42)을 설치한것을 특징으로 하는 물처리 설비.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 돌기체(34)를 혼합용 통형상체(31)의 내벽면에 고정되는 기둥형상부(51)와, 이 기둥형 상부의 선단에 형성되는 버섯형상부(52)로 구성함과 아울러, 이들 복수개의 돌기체를 혼합용 통형상체의 내벽면에 갈지자형으로 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 물처리 설비.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 날개체(33)를 1쌍의 반원형사의 날개판(41A),(41B)에 의하여 구성함과 아울러, 이들 양날개판을 피처리수의 흐름방향에 의하여 소정각도를 가지고 경사하도록 하고, 또한 서로 역방향으로 비틀리도록 배치하고, 이들 양날개판의 교차부의 상류측 공간부를 좌우로 구획하는 구획판(42)을 설치하고, 돌기체(34)를 혼합용 통형상체(31)의 내벽면에 고정되는 기둥형상부(51)와, 이 기둥형상부의 선단에 형성되는 버섯형상부(52)로 구성됨과 아울려, 이들 복수개의 돌기체를 혼합용 통형상체의 내벽면에 갈지자형상으로 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 물처리 설비.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
